We had the most amazing time exploring all the cool spots in Biarritz. We took long walks along the sea from the Grande Plage to the rocky shores of Le Basta and La Vierge. And let me tell you, the view was to die for! Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect, just 300m from the Grande Plage. We felt like beach bums the entire time!

The only thing we would ask for is more nightlife options for young party-goers. While there were plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining opportunities nearby, we were hoping for some hotspots where we could dance the night away.

all in all everything was great, had a very positive stay for two nights. the location close to everything was marvellous for us. it was not too far from sushiwave, where you can have dinner.

Location near to beach and centre,good if you have a young family as there was Playstation 3 Pool Table and a Library with a good selection of English Books. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

As we have no intention of complaining, I would however like to point out that the Studio room that was allocated to us on arrival was far to small and not good value for money, fortunately, we were given a choice of 2 other rooms (which were for four people), one of which was acceptable. However, If it had been high season, I doubt we would have had a choice. I think it is fair to point out,the size of the studio room should be mentioned on your website and the fact that none of them have a balcony. We would book with yourselves again, but we would dot the i,s and cross the ,t,s to make sure the room was to our satisfaction.

Spacious self-catering apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Good shower and comfortable beds, including pull-out bed. Convenient location near beach, shops, restaurants, and bus stop. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Excellent Hammam facility available.

The staff were there if we needed anything

The room was spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the ocean and the food in the dining room was freshly prepared.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Residence Haguna. The spacious 1-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, with a fully kitted kitchen and a good shower. The beds, including the pull-out bed, were very comfortable. We also loved the location, just a 5-minute walk from the main beach. Turn right out of the entrance and you'll find a Carrefour, fresh fish, bread shops, and restaurants in the nearby village. we had a great experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

No access to english speaking channels on television we brought internet radio with us but unable to connect no one could help

great location, flats are a bit 'tired' but fine. Did not like the fact that the floor and the room/flat we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, after complaining we were moved. Why no non-smoking accommodation? Has made me wary of using Pierre et Vacances again if this is the policy they have.

Upgraded to a cozy room with cool gadgets. the staff were super helpful and quick. 🌟 Enjoyed my stay here!
